AARON LEDERER
Aaron Lederer, NCPsyA, CTA
Director
Aaron Lederer, a psychoanalyst and transactional analyst, has studied
attachment disorders for more than 20 years. During that time he developed
the novel Corrective Communication methods and founded The RAD Consultancy,
LLC. Aaron Lederer personally trains and supervises The RAD Consultancy's
counselors. He is a member of the National Association for the Advancement
of Psychoanalysis, the Society of Modern Psychoanalysis, a clinical member
of the International Transactional Analysis Association and is on the
Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Center for Modern Psychoanalysis.
BARBARA BRODY
Barbara Brody, MS, CCC
Coordinator
Mrs. Barbara Brody is retired from a career as a speech
therapist/pathologist in the public school system where she has worked with many children
who, in addition to speech problems, also suffered from emotional or other
disabilities. She is a mother to two daughters and a youthful grandmother to two grandaughters and a grandson.
SHEILA ZARETSKY
Sheila
Zaretsky, PhD., NCPsyA
Consultant
Dr. Sheila Zaretsky,
a Psychoanalyst, received her doctoral degree in 1981 from Heed University
in Florida. She is the founding director and supervising analyst at ACAP
(Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis) and at NJCMP (New Jersey
Center for Modern Psychoanalysis). Dr. Zaretsky is the chairperson for
the Assembly of Psychoanalytic Institutes of the American Board for Accreditation
in Psychoanalysis, Inc. She is author of many published clinical articles
and has been the speaker at frequent clinical presentations for the last
seventeen years. She is now writing a book, tentatively titled, "Taming
the Wild Child," about The RAD Consultancy's corrective communication
methods she has participated in developing.
DIANA LADDEN
Diana Ladden, LCSW, NCPsyA
Counselor
Diana Ladden is a Certified Psychoanalyst and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is a member of the faculty of The Academy of Clinical and Applied Psychoanalysis in Livingston, New Jersey. Formerly she supervised clinicians who assessed risk and level of care at NewBridge Services in Morris and Passaic Counties in New Jersey. She has worked directly with children and adolescents, as well as with adults. Ms. Ladden has experience as an educator, as an administrator, and she is experienced in the supervision of other therapists. Fully trained and experienced team member of the RAD consultancy, Diana now helps mothers, nationwide, help their out-of-control children become easy to live with.
PATRICIA SHULMAN
Patricia Shulman, MSW, LCSW, NCPsyA
Counselor
Patricia Shulman is a Certified Psychoanalyst and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her MSW from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1978. She later completed a postgraduate clinical fellowship in early childhood in the Dept of Psychiatry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Her experience includes medical, psychiatric, and emergency room work, as well as private practice with adults, children and adolescents, with special interest in attachment disorders and depression/anxiety. Fully trained and experienced team member of the RAD consultancy, Patricia now helps mothers, nationwide, help their out-of-control children become easy to live with.
SUSAN PERKINS MCNALLY
Susan Perkins McNally, Ph.D., M.F.T.
Counselor
Dr. McNally received her doctoral degree from International College, Westwood, CA., and her Masters degree from California State University Northridge. She is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Dr. McNally's specialities are chemical dependency counseling and child psychotherapy. She has a particular interest in Reactive Attachment Disorder. She has worked with children and their families in various settings in southern and northern California, Medford, Oregon, and in central Texas. In addition, Dr. McNally has been a training speaker at various conferences for mental health professionals, and has served as a clinical supervisor for interns.
CLAIRE CAPRON
Claire Capron, MSW, LICSW
Counselor
Claire is a licensed clinical social worker who has been treating children and adolescents since receiving her MSW from The School of Social Welfare, SUNY, Albany, NY in 2001. Claire specializes in treating young people with post adoption, foster care and trauma issues and currently practices in several locations on the north shore of Massachusetts.
